‘KuklArt’ Magazine
Issue 5/2011
Dear reader,
This is the fifth issue of your KuklArt magazine – we can celebrate a small but first anniversary! Writing this issue was probably the most difficult. But there is great satisfaction with the continuing increase in the number of authors, writing in the magazine. Most new authors are young, now beginning, even debuting in theater criticism. Thus, gradually, always more slowly than we would like, but one of the goals of the magazine is definitely fulfilled (see the introductory words to KuklArt in issue 1, p. 4).
I believe that in time, when one of the young people takes over the magazine, it will really become a desirable and important territory for understanding the processes in our puppet theater (why not the world one), for their reasoned evaluation, for pointing out the fruitful trends for its development. .
Today I would like to thank everyone who helped with the work of the magazine and especially the authors, the translators, the people who gave interviews about it.
Thank you!
Nikola Vandov,
Editor-in-chief
